Gabriel Crowley was responsible for the original development of the site under the Tropical Savannas CRC in 2007 and dedicated many years to ongoing maintenance and improvements. The site was redeveloped with spatial information by Gay together with Peter Jacklyn in 2011.

David Peterson developed the website and search interface and Lee Olsen worked on the design and graphics.

Images are credited throughout the Land Manager website. Nearly all images on our websites have been provided to us free, many by researchers working in the tropical savannas.
