The fishing industry says the Federal Government's $100 million assistance package to mitigate the effects of new marine parks doesn't go far enough. The Commonwealth Fisheries Association, which represents commercial fishers operating in Commonwealth waters, says it supports marine parks in principle, but it's only fair that those whose businesses will suffer should be fairly compensated.
