Management Project - Recording MG Indigenous ecological knowledge

The Miriuwung Gajerrong people are the traditional owners of the lands around Kununurra and the Argyle Dam, extending to the north coast of WA and into the Northern Territory - an area of roughly 30 000 sq.km in the east Kimberley region. This project will seek to incorporate the traditional ecological knowledge into the on-going management of the Miriuwung Gajerrong estate, reducing critical threats to biodiversity and improving habitat.
