The Northern Territory could become Australia's largest producer of fertiliser. The Wonarah project, about 200 kilometres east of Tennant Creek, is the biggest undeveloped phosphate deposit in the country. But in a change of direction for the explorer, Minemakers' Andrew Drummond says it's now planning to produce either fertilisers or phosphoric acid on site, which could create 500 jobs for the region.
